Patient Care

Le Mémorial Medical Services sees patients referred by specialists from both public and private practice.

The hospital provides a comprehensive range of medical services within one complex by practicing team-based care provided by clinicians, nurses as well as allied health professionals. Our environment depicts the natural African setting with plenty of clean fresh air from the serene greenery that creates a calmness around us, which attributes to the quick healing process of our patients.

We strive to provide the best Experiences and Outcomes for every patient entrusted to our care. Our services to you and your families are guided by Love and Care with quality behavior Standards.

All cases at Le memorial medical services including consultations, examination, and treatment are handled in discreet forms with respect and dignity. Personal values like religious and ethnic beliefs are welcomed, if need arises your nurse in the ward can arrange a visit by a religious counsellor if you require support in that area.

Your personal safety while at our premises is important to us and being free from physical restraints is a must unless required as part of your overall medical treatment.

Listening to our patients during the treatment plan is also very important as we believe the healing process starts from the patient’s mental state.  The disabled, elderly and those with special needs are catered for with the appropriate support if needed.
