Who we are

le Mémorial Hospital is a 90-bed private medical facility located in a serene environment at Kitiko-Lubowa, Kigo Road, 2.5km off Entebbe Road, Wakiso district, overlooking the shores of Lake Victoria. Founded in February 2015 as a multi-speciality hospital it has evolved to be a well-known Oncology centre and still growing to perfect other specialities.

We represent all medical specialities and offer a wide range of medical, surgical, diagnostic and wellness programs. High-quality care, coupled with Le Memorial Hospital’s convenient location, are reasons many patients choose to be treated here.

This state-of-the-art facility sits on a three-acre piece of land 2.5km off the main Kampala Entebbe Express highway, fifteen minutes’ drive away from Entebbe International Airport and the same time to the main Kampala city centre.

Have some Questions?

Patients/Care-taker may be required to notify us if they are cash patients or insurance patients through signing of one of our forms that commits you to fully covering these costs. Charges associated with inpatient admissions as well as outpatient services are estimates based on previous services provided by a Le Mémorial Medical Services care. The actual cost of care varies from one patient to another because all of our medical care is individualized to best meet your needs. Your admission or procedure may take more or less time than expected, your care could require more time for additional observation or other unplanned services thus being asked to pay a deposit.

For the financial health of the hospital, it is our policy to collect all amounts owed before services are rendered. For non-emergency visits or admissions, your treatment may be delayed if there is no form of commitment towards the payment of bills.

We want to make it as simple as possible for you to manage the costs of services. The information here will help you better understand the billing system and prepare you in advance for your visit. By discussing expenses in advance with your doctor, your insurer and the hospital, you will be better able to manage and minimize your medical bills.

Medical costs are often unanticipated and not all costs are covered by insurance. Please know that we have payment Modes that include:

  • Cash
  • Visa Card
  • Cheque
  • Mobile money
  • Electronic Money Transfer
